I LOVE Shakespeare (well, I am an English teacher) and I also LOVE Stratford Upon Avon. Great blog, great photos – I have to go back SOON!

I think it is amazing how this man’s writing has transcended so many generations and cultures to mean so much to so many. It’s a lovely little town but I did wonder where the inspiration for his darker plays came from!

I didn’t know you could explore Shakespeare’s home! That’s awesome! Wonderful if people would still visit even if smelled? … The gardens look lovely!

I had no idea about the Harvard fact. We went to a wedding at Holy Trinuty church which was beautiful but unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to see the stone. We also didn’t get the chance to do a proper tour of Stratford and Shakespeare’s birthplace. Will have to return. Thanks for linking to #citytripping
